Prerequisites

Ideally, the learner will have the following skills and experience prior to commencement:

Two to three years of experience developing Web, Windows, or distributed applications by using the Microsoft .NET Framework.
A thorough understanding of relational database concepts
A minimum of one to two years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server and other relational database management systems, such as Oracle, DB2, and MySQL
An understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
An understanding of stored procedures
An understanding of data-bound controls

Course 6464: Visual Studio 2008: ADO.NET 3.5

The foundation exams needs to be taken only once. The elective exam can be taken seperately.
